Board of Directors

Jace Kirk

Jace Kirk is the assistant director of FaithWorks of the Inner City, Inc., a local non-profit neighborhood development corporation. FaithWorks offers after school programs, adult education, early childhood programs, housing, job training for teenagers and more.
Jace is the current chairman of the board and a big believer in Santa Fe South Schools, Inc. He has been a board member since July of 2009. Before his involvement on the board, he was an active part in the development of Santa Fe South Elementary.
Jace is passionate about community development and, as a lover of the south side of Oklahoma City, believes that quality education is the only hope for the children and families with whom he works.

Chris Brewster

Born in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in five states and two countries, Chris graduated from high school at Faith Academy, Manila, Philippines. Returning to the U.S.in 1987, he completed his Bachelors in Music Education and began his teaching career as a vocal music instructor in the inner-city of Oklahoma City. In addition to teaching, he coached three sports and worked in a local church with teenagers.
After a short stint in administration in an affluent suburban district, he was grateful to return to the south side of OKC to open Santa Fe South High School, a public charter school. Beginning with a handful of teachers and 120 9th graders, the school has now grown to a district consisting of eight school sites with approximately 150 faculty and staff who serve nearly 2,100 students in grades Pre-K through 12th. Chris relinquished his high school principal's role and serves solely as the superintendent of the district.
In addition to his BME from Oklahoma Baptist University, he holds a Master's in Education, Administration, Curriculum and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma and is currently completing coursework for an Ed.D. in Education from the same institution.
Chris is married to Christi, his high school sweetheart and wife of 24 years. Together they raise seven children - four biological and three through recently completed adoption. They have a rich and full life.

Brooks Levonitis

Mr. Levonitis is the Executive Committee Member of SFS Development, Inc. He owns a consulting firm and has been the founder, owner/operator, and investor in multiple private companies in various businesses - investment advisory services; fund management; educational technology; leadership training/conferences; and, industrial flooring. Mr. Levonitis founded an investment advisory firm after working in the investment consulting industry for Fidelity Investments and Merrill Lynch, obtaining the series 7, 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses. Additionally he managed a private investment fund which produced an 11.97% IRR versus the NVCA average of 4.3% over a similar time frame. Along with in-depth study of free markets and political economy in society, his research has included developing a risk parity investment strategy which defines root risk acutely as exposure and which seeks to smooth portfolio volatility through fractional participation.
Mr. Levonitis spent seven years in education early in his career and is a licensed teacher, administrator and superintendent in the state of Oklahoma. He received a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Education Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, a Master's of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, and began doctorate coursework at Oklahoma State University.
'Coach Levonitis' has spent over 20 years teaching young men character, discipline and work eithic through athletics, mainly via scholastic wrestling. As a coach, he was also an FCA huddle leader and a summer camp counselor with Athlete's In Action in Colorado Springs. Married to Treva, they have two children and spend family time golfing, hunting & fishing.
